For how few high rises there are in Tulsa (compared to other major cities in the US) there are still a few fantastic places to have a drink with a view.
This place is casual and chill. The drinks aren't exceptional but they are still good and average in price. Most of the seating is outside so how enjoyable it will be largely depends on the weather My favorite time to go is just before dusk because I enjoy watching the city slowly shift from day to night. This place is a great location for a fun evening with friends.
The Mayo Rooftop Hotel
I was surprised that a rooftop bar with $12 cocktails didn't have a signature cocktail menu but I guess this place is somewhere you go for the view more than the drinks. Unfortunately I went in the middle of a storm (I don't suggest that) but the view is impressive (for Tulsa) so if that's your goal then this is your spot, but if you care about your drinks/the price of your drinks stick to one of the others.
While this isn't a rooftop bar it still has a pretty great view of the city, grab a drink and chill out on the patio. Located in the ever popular Brady District drinks run around $11 but they do have their own signature cocktails all in a tiki theme. It's probably my 2nd favorite of the bars listed here. The Saturn room is great spot for a happy hour drink (though I didn't see any happy hour specials) or an evening patio lounge.
El Guapos Rooftop Cantina
This one is actually my favorite. It has probably the best view (because of the angle), is super chill and the margaritas here are cheap and delicious ($5 for regular 12oz, $6.50 for a flavored 12oz), plus free chips and salsa. Also they have some signature cocktails if margaritas aren't your thing. Hands down, this is my recommendation.
